I visited your business yesterday for the second time in the last few months. This return visit was another great experience. There is something about your operation at San Marcos that is just great and it is an easy thing to quickly discover…it is the PEOPLE…and they all have the same attitude…positive and helpful.

I am 81 years young and am proud of my Marine Corps service to our country which I love so much. My wonderful experience with your business is not about a piece of glass…it is about being lucky enough to step through your door and witness the very things that motivated me to serve our country is all about…dedicated people who are…honest, helpful, totally professional, with a great work ethic and driven to deliver their product with pride and confidence. It is such a relief when a company backs up their workmanship. And even when it may not have been their problem. The company could have easily told me “Sorry sir”. We enjoyed meeting you, and really appreciated how you accommodated our schedule to measure and order the windows. Working with Kristi and Patty to finalize the order and schedule the installation was great. They were both very efficient and helpful every time I called.

The window installation went very well. Javier was an excellent installer, and we appreciated all his efforts and hard work. We were impressed at the speed Javier and his partner worked to install the windows in one day.

Most glass companies are interested in installations but not enthusiastic about doing repairs.

San Marcos Glass came out and repaired glass separating from a bathroom door in my condo.

Prompt, courteous service. Repair work done well and at low cost.

They will receive my future glass business now.

My glass shower door spontaneously broke, and I didn’t know what to do. After cleaning up the glass, I ended up moving the door outside, putting up a shower curtain, and trying to find replacements at Home Depot and Lowes. No luck, nothing fit.

After a few months of ignoring the issue, I called around, and found these guys. Small shop, family owned and operated. The owner is really funny and kept making very dry jokes about it being his 2nd day on the job. He obviously knew his stuff and had me in and out in 10 minutes.

So why 5 stars? Not only was the door ready in 2 days as they promised, but it was also $50 LESS than they quoted me over the phone. I had already agreed to pay more, and they charged me less. I was totally impressed.



The door looks great, the pattern on the glass matches exactly, and they were a pleasure to do business with. I will go nowhere else for window/glass repair.

They came through for me in a bad situation! I had a broken window in my sun room that needed to be fixed pronto and I found them online. I liked that they were family owned, but what I really liked was their level of service. Even though they were booked that day, they still managed to send someone out to look at the window and I had it special ordered, cut and replaced within 24 hours. I honestly can’t speak to price because I didn’t shop it, but the cost seemed more than reasonable to me especially because of their quick response time.

We looked everywhere for a replacement shower door sweep (seal). Our tenants were coming back from vacation, and needed to have a functional shower. Finally we contacted San Marcos Glass. These guys are great. They installed a gorgeous glass shower in my new house, came out perfect! Also had some glass cut for the kitchen cabinets and even though I made the mistake, they re-cut the glass for me for free. Can't beat that! Super nice people too.
